Sara Forsythe Menna
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
HI, I’M SARA
I believe that we all deserve to feel our best and experience joy in our relationships and lives. The therapeutic process can help develop a deeper understanding of our true selves and ourselves in relation to others. Through this understanding growth can occur.
An area of professional interest is adoption, infertility, and relationship issues. Struggling with infertility can be an isolating and painful experience. In addition, it often places stress on relationships. I enjoy and have had a wealth of experience working with individuals struggling in their intimate and family relationships.
During my professional career in addition to providing individual and couples psychotherapy, I have enjoyed supporting other therapists through training, supervision, and case consultation.
I have had additional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy from the Institute of Psychoanalysis and have been in practice for more than twenty years. Whether it's relationship issues, struggling to find your place in the world, loss, or dealing with symptoms of anxiety or depression I believe our partnership can facilitate change and relief.
